Deck The Orthopedic Halls

Decorations are hung, deductibles are met, and the staff here at Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin is working tirelessly this time of the year to be available for all of your orthopedic needs! We know that the holidays often result in family gatherings that include all kinds of festive outdoor activities: skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and all of the other winter fun that Wisconsin’s weather allows us to do. Unfortunately, these activities take people as orthopedic victims every year. Ice, snow, and high speed is the perfect recipe for sprains, strains, and fractured bones that sometimes no amount of holiday cheer can combat.

So however you choose to spend time with your family outside this holiday season, we are available to help with whatever injuries result. If frolicking from one holiday gathering to another on Christmas day you slip on the ice, come see us on the 26th. If your injury is treated up north, we are happy to continue care once you are safely back home again. Just bring us those x-rays, and we’ll take it from there! If you get hurt enjoying that last bit of 2018 sunlight on New Year’s Eve, never fear. We are open and available for walk-in patients. If you want to ring in the new year with a trip to the slopes, we are here for you if that super neat trick didn’t pan out the way you thought. We are here bright and early on January 2nd for all of those activities that didn’t go your way.

Our holiday hours are as follows:

12/22/18: Saturday Walk-In Clinic from 9:00am-NOON Christmas Eve: 8:00am-12:00pm

Christmas Day: CLOSED

12/29/18: Saturday Walk-In Clinic from 9:00am-NOON

New Year’s Eve: 8:00am-5:00pm (hours subject to change)

New Year’s Day: CLOSED

Nothing provides our board-certified surgeons more pleasure than restoring you to the vitality that keeps your days full of your favorite activities. For those of you who are already patients, we are honored that you have chosen us to take the lead on your orthopedic care. If you have not yet been a patient here at Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin, let me be the first to assure you that our slogan does not lie: There ABSOLUTELY is a difference. We hope that 2019 brings you health, happiness, and adventure, but if instead it brings you injury, let us know how we can assist.

From all of us here at OAW, have a very happy holiday season!
